LOANS FOR OTHER PURPOSES SECURED BY REAL ESTATE

Loans for other purposes, secured by real estate, including but not limited to commercial real estate loans and new construction loans, will be considered by the Loan Committee on a case by case basis. All qualified applications will be given the Loan Committees’ undivided attention at the time they are presented for consideration. If the availability of funds will warrant the granting of a loan for other purposes, the Loan Committee will consider the application at the
CURRENT MARKET INTEREST RATES.
